Dr. Amy Jones is a board-certified primary care sports medicine physician specializing in non-operative orthopedic care and the overall health and performance of active individuals and athletes. She is dedicated to helping individuals stay healthy, recover fully, and perform at their highest potential. She takes a patient-centered approach, emphasizing evidence-based treatments and personalized care to support long-term performance and well-being.

Dr.Jones completed undergraduate studies at Texas State University, earning a degree in Microbiology. She then moved to League City where she completed medical school and family medicine residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB), where she also served as chief resident. She subsequently completed a fellowship in primary care sports medicine at Houston Methodist Willowbrook, focusing on comprehensive athlete care, ultrasound-guided diagnostics and procedures, and sports event coverage. She has experience treating athletes at all stages in their career from D1 athletes to weekend warriors. This comprehensive training has equipped Dr. Jones with a unique blend of expertise in musculoskeletal health and overall wellness.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two schnauzers, playing pickleball, working out in their home gym, traveling and going to Astros games.
